I have had quite the journey with sports & fitness throughout my life!
Since the day I could open my mouth, I've been a people person, I love chatting & having a laugh, that would shine through in our sessions together
Boy brought up in Scotland so I obviously played football for a team for about 11 years, and obviously I was very average, but I loved it nonetheless
In the last 4 years my life has completely changed.
3 years ago I was in college studying a course I had no care for, had just started therapy, worked in Mcdonalds, which whilst a place I made lifelong friends, as a job It was not fun
On top of this I had let myself go. To the point In 2021 I was 136kg
So I stopped feeling sorry for myself, walked into a gym, got myself a PT and never looked back
In 2023 I had lost 40kg, quit therapy for good and I realised I had fallen in love with fitness to the point It's all I wanted to do with my life
I studied, became a Personal Trainer and since then have never looked back, everyday waking up with a passion for how can I help change my clients life today.
